Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 25, 2026

ElevateSalesCo ("Elevate Sales", "we", "our", or "us") provides a structured sales talent placement service connecting independent sales professionals with third-party businesses ("Offer Owners").

By purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Service

Elevate Sales is a placement service, not an employer.

We:

  • Source and vet sales opportunities
  • Connect you with offer owners
  • Facilitate interviews and placement opportunities

We do not:

  • Employ you
  • Guarantee specific income levels
  • Control offer owners or their businesses

2. Service Fulfillment

Our service is considered fully delivered when:

  • You have been introduced and placed into a sales opportunity with a third-party offer owner OR
  • You have been provided with up to 16 interview opportunities

Once either condition is met, the service is deemed fulfilled.

3. Placement Guarantee

We guarantee:

  • Up to 16 interview opportunities
  • A structured placement process with vetted offers

However:

  • Final hiring decisions are made solely by the offer owner
  • Your results depend on your performance, experience, and communication

Failure to secure a position after 16 interviews does not constitute failure of service.

4. Client Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information (name, experience, etc.)
  • Submit required onboarding materials (including Loom/video if requested)
  • Attend scheduled interviews
  • Act professionally with all offer owners

Failure to do so voids any guarantees.

5. Non-Circumvention

You agree that for a period of 3 months from the date of introduction:

  • You will not directly or indirectly engage, contract, or work with any offer owner introduced by Elevate Sales without our involvement

Any breach of this clause constitutes a violation of this agreement and may result in legal action.

6. Independent Relationship

All placements are between you and the offer owner.

Elevate Sales is not responsible for:

  • Payment disputes
  • Commission structures
  • Business operations of offer owners

Refund Policy

All payments made to Elevate Sales are non-refundable.

Exception:

  • A refund may only be considered if no placement is secured within 30 days of onboarding

Important:

  • If you are provided with interview opportunities, the service is considered active and in progress
  • Failure to attend interviews or complete the process voids refund eligibility

Once service fulfillment conditions are met (placement or 16 interviews), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.


Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By purchasing our services, you explicitly agree:

  • Not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us at hussein@consultcoast.com
  • To allow a reasonable time for resolution

You acknowledge that:

  • Our service is intangible and performance-based
  • Value is delivered through introductions, interviews, and placement opportunities

Initiating a chargeback after receiving any part of the service constitutes:

  • A breach of agreement
  • A false dispute

In such cases, Elevate Sales reserves the right to:

  • Submit evidence of service delivery (onboarding records, interviews, communications)
  • Pursue recovery of funds
  • Take legal action and/or send the case to collections

Privacy Policy

We collect and store personal information including:

  • Name, phone number, email
  • Professional experience and background
  • Video submissions (e.g., Loom)
  • Payment details (processed securely via Stripe)

This data is used strictly for:

  • Candidate evaluation
  • Placement opportunities
  • Communication and support

We do not sell or distribute your data outside of placement-related activities.


Disclaimer

Elevate Sales does not guarantee:

  • Specific income levels
  • Earnings outcomes
  • Long-term employment

We guarantee access to opportunities and interviews, not results.

Your success depends on:

  • Your skills
  • Your experience
  • Your performance during interviews and sales

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable international commercial laws.

Where jurisdiction is required, disputes may be handled in:

  • The United States
  • Australia
  • Lebanon

depending on the nature and location of the parties involved.
